Shipping & Returns

Shipping takes 3 weeks. Cashmere is too precious to waste, so we produce with intention rather than in excess.

Every skein of our premium cashmere yarn begins its journey on ethical farms in Inner Mongolia, where herders raise their goats with genuine care for both animal welfare and the land they depend on. This commitment is formally recognized through certification by The Good Cashmere Standard, one of the industry's most trusted marks of responsible and humane cashmere production — so you can knit, weave, or wear with complete peace of mind about where your materials come from.

But ethics are only half the story. What truly sets this yarn apart is the fiber itself: exceptionally soft to the touch, luxuriously warm without the bulk, and remarkably durable for a material so fine. Whether you're crafting a garment meant to be treasured for years or simply want a yarn that feels as good as it looks, this cashmere delivers a rare combination of comfort, resilience, and conscience — quality you can feel, and a choice you can feel good about.

Frequently asked questions

What makes cashmere different from regular wool?

Cashmere comes from the soft undercoat of cashmere goats, not sheep. The fibers are finer, lighter, and softer than traditional wool, while still offering superior insulation — so you get more warmth with far less bulk.

Is your cashmere ethically sourced?

Yes. Our cashmere is sourced from ethical farms in Inner Mongolia and certified by The Good Cashmere Standard, ensuring responsible animal welfare and sustainable farming practices throughout production.

How do I care for cashmere yarn products?

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle, cashmere-specific detergent, then lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Avoid wringing or hanging, as this can stretch the fibers. Store folded rather than on hangers to help pieces keep their shape.

Will my cashmere pill over time?

Some pilling is natural, especially in areas with friction like underarms or cuffs. It doesn't mean poor quality ,a cashmere comb or fabric shaver removes pills easily and won't damage the fibres.

Why is cashmere more expensive than other yarns?

Cashmere goats produce a very limited amount of usable fiber each year, and the raw material must be carefully hand-combed and processed. That scarcity, combined with the labor-intensive sourcing, is what drives the premium.
